Features:

The white anodized surface is a commonly used in the low tension film industry, and provides a hardness of HV300. For higher tension and thicker materials, a brown hard anodized surface treatment with a hardness of HV500-700 with an oxide film thickness of over 0.1mm can be used. This provides higher hardness and wear resistance with an improved service life for aluminum rollers.

Stretch rollers are generally used in machine processing for substrates such as paper, film, textiles, metal foil and other materials. This prevents the substrate from being creased during operation and also helps to extend and straighten it, being especially suitable for materials such as PE and PVC.

The matte roller is made through sandblasting or shot blasting, which provides a rougher surface and enhances friction. This is mostly used in the film manufacturing industry. Hard chromium plating is also available, providing higher hardness and corrosion resistance with a surface roughness of up to Ra0.01 (super mirror). This is a better option than the traditional chrome-plated steel rollers and can be used with higher speed machines.

A mirror aluminum roller provides a smooth low resistance surface and is mostly used for the production of food packaging paper and paper printing.
